Kc2pkg KJ5 IRQ returning. Funny enough, first off, hopefully I'll forget what I wanted to say. The way that you describe living around your house makes me really want to come live at your house. I mean, the dinners you have on Wednesday, the weather, the fog lifting off the lake. Do you need to adopt a kid? I mean, I'm a 45 year old guy, but I'm pretty much just a grown boy, so I'm more like a grown kid. Oh, okay. Well, and then the federal judges thing. So, yes, they are appointed for life. Now, there are exceptions. Bankruptcy judges and a few of them, I don't know, at the top of my head, who are not appointed for life. They have terms. But, federal judges. Okay, you're like the Fort Worth federal district court, you know, where we would, you know, if I did a real bad federal crime, I would have to go to that court, right? That judge has a lifetime appointment. Well, it's really not a lifetime appointment, and I don't have my tablet on. Oh, yeah, but there it is. I'm so glad it passed on quickly. There is a phrase, and I can't remember it, and that's what I'm trying to get to. So, there's a phrase. It doesn't make it lifetime. In effect, it does. But, the actual phrase is not lifetime. Anyhow, okay, I'm not going to sit there and keep looking. Basically, they have to still be in the right mind, and I'll find it and tell you this. But, as long as they're in the right mind, they can work until they die. Supreme Court is like that also. I am one of those who disagree with term limits for the Supreme Court. I think the founders made it like that so they could be impartial. That's also what I read yesterday. That's also the mind reasoning behind federal judges and appellate judges having lifetime appointments is it makes them apolitical. They have the ability to not worry about politics. Now, in actual reality, we all know that's not true. That they are slighted by their rulings, by their political leanings. Or else they would not make a big deal about the Supreme Court being a 6-3 Republican Supreme Court right now. If the politics didn't matter, they would just say, hey, it's nine people in the Supreme Court instead of splitting it up between Republicans and Democrats. Again, that's not a political statement. That's just reality. I do like the fact that that bunch of government is ...
