Yeah even up here it's getting bad we've had we had a position open for three months and my boss had like 300 guys apply for the job and out of the 300 I think he said four spoke English and the rest of them couldn't speak English couldn't articulate couldn't drive like there's no way you could do the job we do but all of the lower paying manual labor jobs they're all imports they're all brand-new Canadians and you know it's back home when I left Saskatchewan in 88 when I joined the Air Force I had never in person met anybody of any color other than white like we had natives but that was it there wasn't a black guy in sight in Saskatchewan when I grew up. It's not the cold battle. I met one black guy the last time I was home and I said what happened to you did you get lost and he said yeah he said I kind of liked it so I stayed. So like yeah like it's it's the world's changing in a real big hurry
