Well, I would have said the same thing if I didn't already have a home. It is very expensive, very crowded, not points, hard to even breathe. So yeah, I would want to go somewhere else if I didn't have my place. That's probably what I would do. Yeah, I thought the same way when I moved to Montreal. I spent almost 20 years in Montreal. And it has a different vibe than Toronto, but it's still stupid expensive to rent or buy anything there. And if you've got something, you don't dare let it go because on July 1st everybody moves, everybody's lease comes up. And every year there's people without a house. It's to the point where they set up emergency shelters for families. It's just insane in Montreal. When I left, when I moved out here at the beginning of COVID, both of us not working, we were stuck at home for two weeks with no money coming in. And our rent was more than our mortgage was out here. So I was like, oh, that's a no brainer. It's time to move. So right at the beginning of COVID is when I moved to Ontario.
