Yeah, the software is easier, the VoIP stuff is easier than trying to figure out what's wrong inside a radio. Can't say that I really miss working on the insides of a radio, but I do, you know what I mean? I can't remember how many hours I spent inside of a Faraday caged tune in frickin' mobile radios, man. Just ugly. As a new first couple of years in the Air Force, that's about all you do is tune bloody radios. It's really monotonous, really quick, but you learn a bit.
