Good afternoon, Jack. I just got in from walking the dog and caught the tail into the net, so I wanted to jump in and say hi. We've had a really cool day here, only up to 55 degrees. Very windy, sunny though, and we had rain yesterday which we really needed. A little bit of a whomp into the mid to upper 60s on the weekend, but definitely the fall weather is setting in for sure.
