Hey Jack, thank you for all that. I'm glad you had a wonderful birthday as well. And I meant to say happy birthday to Robert while I had him on the air there giving his I.O. So, and yeah, so lots of birthdays this time of year. So there you go. Yeah, what can I say? Yeah, don't you know we've got friends coming in. We're going to have some houseguests this weekend coming, ones from Germany, ones from Canada and they're not going to see a thing. Unfortunately it's going to be pouring down rain for the next week here. And we're supposed to get potentially overall maybe even a couple inches. So yeah, for us that's just outrageous. So what can you say? I'm still looking at the voter scope and it's still, you know, on the weather conditions for Seattle it's still saying light snow and I'm like what? Really?
