You bet your sweet dippy. Darn you, Beej. Just saying darn you makes me remember one of my favorite Gary Larson far sides. They're in hell. It's my favorite hell cartoon. Stalagnites and stalagmites and demons holding tridents or pitchforks, whatever you want to call them. There's a little cleath of cool people gathered together, kind of glancing over at this sort of dork standing all by himself. And they're kind of sniggering at this kind of, you know, nerd. And the nerdy guy standing there, so you don't think I'm bad enough to be in hell, do you? Well, to heck with you. To heck with you all. Oh dear. Let's see. Get the coffee mug lined up in the microphone stand. Cheers, governors. Oh, I make such good coffee. And yeah, Beej, that's fine. You can steal my thunder. But I can still say you bet your sweet dippy. And make oblique references to the flying fickle finger of fate. I actually still have one LP of Laugh-In. Remember back in the day when Lily Tomlin or Laugh-In or, you know, Rowan and Martin or the Smothers Brothers had records? George Carlin records? I used to have a George Carlin LP, one of his shows.
