Good morning there, Joe. Yeah, we've been here all along. I guess Joe was talking to me when you asked for check-ins there, so we missed that. But anyway, it was sure good to hear you and you sound so good this morning. So we're so happy about that and yeah, I agree with you, Roy. There's so much, you know, Roy and Sue both for charities and with the wood cutting and all, so it's just really wonderful what all they do to help. And oh, let's see, we're, oh, just have the TV right at the sound down, but just watching the, those homes collapsing up there in North Carolina, my goodness. It's just really a lot of money there for sure and a lot of big cleanup. I think nine homes have collapsed now already. So, and Robert and Kathy, yeah, great talking with you the other day. You guys have, hopefully you can have a real good time with your gym hunting there. That should be fun. And yeah, we've been wanting to know too how Mel's been doing, you know, with that back device. So that would be interesting to know. Oh, let's see, a beautiful morning. It's just probably in the high 60s and looks like we're going to possibly get that, well, Phyllis, not Phyllis, but I might entertain by Friday and 50% chance of rain Saturday and Sunday. And so I don't know. It looks like the west part of Arizona will maybe get it the first time instead of the eastern part. So we may get more of the wind. Hope not. Anyway, let me reset.
