KJ5, how are you? Are you returning? Gosh, desserts are hard because my wife is such a great baker. It really is hard. She makes really good pies. Her pie is the best. I like eating her pie, but I also like eating some of the cakes she makes. Her cookies, man, she makes some fantastic chocolate chip cookies. I don't know, I really can't pick. So yeah, my wife's dessert is what I like the best. You know what I didn't speak about was when we talked about chicken. I don't know if anybody here does it often, especially whenever I grill. So Bill, you may try this with your wife, ungrilling chicken. It's a little bit of a spatchcock. It's where you cut out the backbone and you also cut out or pop through the breastbone. You pop through, you don't really cut it out. Anyhow, it lays flat on the grill. You can do it in the oven also and it greatly reduces the amount of cooking time and enhances the amount of surface. So I don't know if you all spatchcock very often. We do it, actually we do it fairly often. Roy, you can buy, if they have a special or something at the grocery store, we may buy ten chickens, whole chickens and bring them back and spatchcock four of them and piece out two or three of them and then keep a couple whole for future things. That way there's always something easy to grab in the freezer. So my wife also makes, for Thanksgiving, I heard you all talking about Thanksgiving, my wife also makes her own cranberry sauce. She's made it from scratch for quite a few years now. It's a bane of her existence that most people in her family still eat the canned cranberry sauce instead of a homemade cranberry sauce. But I for one like it. What did you say? Or none at all. Or none at all. Yeah. I'm not even careful about cranberry. Oh, and turkey. So we've done it every which way in the world. We have smoked it. We have baked it. We have done everything in the world with a turkey. Come to find out, probably my favorite way is with this thing called a Big Easy. I also have a picture of it. It's out in the shed. It's an oil-less air fryer basically for a turkey and it uses propane. You can do chickens, ribs, roast beef. You can do anything in it. But it is really, really good when it comes to chicken and turkeys. So okay. Well, there you go. Yeah, my last pie is probably my favorite thing to eat. KJ5 IOK. Back to you all.
