KK5 IRQ, this is KK2, PK2. You know, I'm getting to like chicken more and more and I'm judging the restaurants on how they do their chicken because most restaurants will have beef of some kind and other meats, some exotic, some not. But I always like to check out the chicken. If they could do a good chicken, probably everything is good. My wife is into something too, which I think is the best way of baking the chicken. You know, if you take a whole chicken, you put it on a rack and you slather it with garlic and salt, the whole outside, let me make a paste of it. And then you take lemon and you pierce it or cut it in half and you put that inside, that's the only thing inside the chicken and then you just bake it. And it comes out crispy and juicy and it is spectacular. It's my favorite way of having chicken. But I've become sort of a fan lately. All right, George, KB0MAI, it's entree time.
