Oh yes, most certainly. Or the rice will be kind of bland. I forgot to say that. Typically I just like soy sauce. That's kind of what always seems to go with rice. So usually I'll use that. If I don't have that by chance, then the standard Greek way of seasoning rice, at least to me, because when I see them do it, that's why they like butter and salt and something to that effect. But soy sauce, and my God, there's enough salt in that to pretty much give a volatile person heart attacks for days. Okay, back to you Greg.
