There's nothing wrong with those, they're really good. Speaking of wrapped in bacon, let us talk about this last night and coming up with what our answer would be. We have this mix of same food, the original parts, wrapped in bacon, you put them in the oven and you cook them until the bacon is crisp and there's usually different than a mustard sauce. But her favorite was something that we started making, I don't know, 10 years ago and it's foie gras jolie and what you do is you put it in the bottom of the pan and then you cook down some soft turban wine which is a very sweet white wine and they usually go with a particular kind of foie gras because you cook it down and you put gelatin in it and you end up with a clear layer on top of the foie gras and then you can cut it into little squares and that's a little bit of alright, it really is.
