Well, Jack, I want to say happy birthday to you today. I hope you're having a great day and happy birthday to the others that share your day with you. And it's just great to have a birthday. I like birthdays. Yeah, we've had a, I think we're having 83 degrees here today. I think this is our last 80 degree day for the season by the looks of it. It's very clear and sunny and windy though, but 82 degrees. So tomorrow we're going to be getting some much needed rain, our first rain in a long time. Yeah, it's probably been a couple of months. So this is a good thing. It'll be chilly, but we do need the rain really badly. So yeah, we'll put up with it. But the recovery is going to only be in the 50s to low 60s. So I think that the summer weather is pretty much over. So I'm enjoying the outdoors today. I'm walking the pup just to get a couple of errands in town and just kind of enjoying the weather here one last warm day. So anyway, I'll turn it back to you.
