Hi Rebecca and everyone and good morning to everybody. Yes it's just gone 5.30 in the evening over here so just contemplating what I'm going to make tonight. I think it's going to be a spag bol but it might turn out to be a curry. We'll wait and see. The bases are the same. So yeah I've been busy working away at different projects here. I must try and remember I must set my alarm. I've got a hospital visit tomorrow afternoon. It's really quite funny actually I go to the sort of vascular unit and they check me out. They'll find anything wrong with me. I mean the last one was back in March so they're obviously not worried about me because this appointment is October. But they always put me in very late in the afternoon when everybody's getting the coats so I'm ready to go home just as I'm coming in. And then of course there's a mad panic because I have to redo all the dressings they've taken off. But there we go that's another story for another day for tomorrow. But yeah now we're working on some projects. I'm working on a couple of projects for remote operating. So as I say we're looking to see. I'm not very technically minded so somebody else is doing all the hard work and I'm just going to be beta testing and using it once it's sorted out. So we've gone that long. I've had some nice chats with a guy. I was planning to do it at some point in the next year or so a Scandinavian road trip. And I was chatting to somebody in Helsinki in Finland today. And he was saying to me that they don't really use two metres voice over there at all, two metres FM. It's all the bandmeister. So what's that DMR isn't it? So yeah most of Finland is on DMR. Very few people actually use the two metre frequency for talking up. So yeah so that will be interesting. But that was an interesting bit of information I wouldn't have discovered if I hadn't chatted to somebody who lives in Finland you know. But it is what it is. So yeah I'm fully enjoying life at the moment. I'm contemplating dinner tonight, what that's going to be. I'm going to cook it myself. There'll be some hot sauce in there. I think there was a topic on the East Coast Reflector the other day. Tomato and chopped up tomatoes that blended all together to make a nice sort of base. And then loads of a totally finely chopped onion and that will go in. And at that point we then have to decide whether we're going to go into curry or bolognese. But it's all I usually do at the moment so to speak. I must have not quite done since the bolognese. I've got some parmesan in the fridge. So a bit of a bolognese but well pasta and bolognese with grated parmesan over the top. I'm getting hungry now just thinking about it. So that's the report from the Shire. As I say I don't mind being the only college ever the caboose for the net. But I'm loving here everybody. I've sort of been listening in and doing other things. Every time I'm meant to jump in somebody's already beaten me to it. So I'll wait till the last call and then come in. So with that that's the end of the report from the Shire. Back to you.
