Darrell, you asked if it was the state police or the local police's job to respond to law officers in distress. Okay, that's what you're asking. Is it their job? Yeah, it is. Law officers don't leave other law officers hanging. Okay, what if the roles were reversed? What if Chicago PD was pinned down and they called for federal help and the federal government said, nope, you're on your own? Well, then the roles would be reversed, you see. So first off, yes, that is the very definition of their job, preserve and protect. It doesn't say protect a certain class of people. It says to protect. Federal law enforcement officers are humans. They get protected too. Now, moving from that, let's talk about law. Okay, you asked if the governors don't want them there, then why are they there? It's pretty simple. Federal law trumps state law. State law trumps local city laws. My point is that the governors don't get to decide which federal laws are enforced or not. That's above their pay grade. In the United States, according to the Constitution and according to state constitutions, the states are subjected to the federal government. So if the federal government chooses to enforce this law, the states and the local governments have no say so. It's just like if the city decides to enforce a law that's unconstitutional, the state can say no, no, you can't do that. You see, that's the reason why it's staggered like it is. So those are the two things I wanted to address. One, it's every law enforcement officer's job to respond to anybody who's in distress, period. And secondly, local officials and state officials don't get to cherry pick which federal laws get enforced. That's not their job. Those are the only two points I wanted to make. It seems to me that you're misinterpreting the difference between a law enforcement officer and a federally dictated Gestapo. You see, ICE agents are not law enforcement officers. At least I don't see them enforcing laws. I see them as kicking in doors, you know, detaining American citizens and immigrants, yes. But basically, if you're brown or if you're black, you're in danger of being arrested and detained by this Gestapo. They're a federalized force, yes, but you're misinterpreting the term of law enforcement officer. I don't see these ICE guys as enforcing any laws. I see them as following the orders of a dictator and going into these places that they're not wanted. Police forces, local police forces are law enforcement officers. Highway patrol are law enforcement officers. The police are law enforcement officers. These guys, they're not going through barely any training whatsoever. They're basically being put on the street in groups and just saying, get the blacks and get the browns. And that's it. That doesn't seem to me like there are any type of law enforcement in my opinion.
