I'm pretty sure I've seen a different video of the same house yesterday and on the outer banks there are quite a few houses, I want to say I read nine, that have come undone in the last few days because of the hurricanes over in the Atlantic. I am 99% sure this was a house on the outer banks that was up on stilts that came off and crashed into another house. I think this is just the end of that video or a different video altogether but I'm pretty sure that this is just a regular house that was on the outer banks that just collapsed into the ocean.
