KX2CW on the net this is KG40ZW and Reichi. Hey everyone, hey John, hey Sean, Radio Wave, VK3KK and hey everyone hope you're having a good night. And yeah I'd just like to say hi to everyone, good to hear everyone on tonight. I hope you enjoyed the show tonight, I certainly did. I know that Reichi wasn't so excited about it but 1967-69, 1969 Pink Floyd, the Umagama, I always said Umaguma but I guess it's Umagama album. I haven't heard it in a long time and was going to play it right off the CD because the nice thing about playing off the CD is that when tracks overlap, run into each other, it's continuous off the CD. Where if you download it and you're playing individual files there's not much of a gap but there's a little blip going from track to track. And unfortunately my CD that I bought, I couldn't, oh I thought I disconnected there. I couldn't say when I got it or how old it is but I probably had it for 20 or 30 years now. And I don't know if it's oil from the skin or something that gets on the top surface of the disc but it's damaged that very thin plastic that's on top of media and seep through to the actual stuff, the little aluminum layer in there where all the information is and you can look right through it if you hold it up to the light. I don't know what's gone wrong there but I had to go download it. I had the discs in the machine expecting to play it that way and ended up putting them back on the shelf. So I still have the artwork and all that but the discs themselves are, I think the first disc might still play. I didn't actually try it to the end to see if it would play but the second one definitely near the end of the disc starts dropping out and stops altogether and don't know what happens.
