Good morning, Kalabungans. Hope everybody's doing okay. No news here, really. Tried my hand at sourdough. Failed about five times. I guess the starter wasn't active enough. But then it finally kicked in and it was successful. So my first attempts didn't work out. If you put it as a general, my first attempt at doing sourdough was pretty good. You don't use the wild ferment of the flour that you're going to create. I'll see you outside of that favorite sandwich.
