Well good morning Gina, the KV7 GEC neck control and everybody else on the worldwide friendship net. This is Ki7DR in Independence, Oregon and the sun just popped out in the back of my yard, really pretty. Well we'll see. First off an update, my dad who went into the hospital just over a week ago with water on the heart and he was in the cardiac ICU, that's where he started out. Then it became an issue with his kidneys maybe also, but then both of those subsided and after he was checked in and you know in a hospital room for a while they found that his lungs have a lot of water so they've been working on that. He was having trouble breathing. But the goodness is all of those things whatever the heck caused them and they never could figure that out have subsided and he's going home probably today so he's doing better. My brother lives with him and so he'll be making sure he's getting what he needs. So that's the good news. What I do for fun, I like to cook and make things. In fact I make in an ongoing way I have a kefir culture. Kefir is like a drinkable yogurt or kefir however you pronounce it, I pronounce it kefir. And so I use this culture and I make a fresh batch every other day. I just harvested one and I added some bananas and some apples that one of our pinaural players, grandma's pinaural players, gifted us with an amazing number of Red Delicious apples and I'm doing my best to work with them. I made a puff pastry apple tart yesterday and among other things and just working with them a lot. So I put some of those in my kefir smoothie along with banana and cinnamon and a little stevia. So I like to do things and I like to put her in the kitchen. It's relaxing to me. I will also read but I love watching the YouTube. I seek out educational and informational ones so it's just relaxing to me. Don't watch a lot of TV but I do like Only Murders in the Building and a few other things like that. So and a lot of PBS programming. I'd love to see all things, all creatures great small come back soon. I think it'll probably be January. That's it for me.
