Okay, Daryl. No, we haven't spoken together. So this is, I run into that kind of infrequently, kind of a stand-in for, you know, when people are off on some of the travel or some of the work assignment or whatever. So this is our first. So I've got a question, though. You say you could live anywhere. You're choosing Newfoundland, but you don't like snow. So how much does it snow up there in the winter? And where would, you've picked Newfoundland, but is there an alternate place you'd live if you decided the snow just got too much and you wanted to move?
