It all depends on what level of government. Now the feds should be looking after national issues, not meddling in little civic issues that the city should be taking care of. And it should go up from there. I think Canada does a pretty good job. I think there is some duplication in some of the provinces, but that is a provincial choice and I think they waste a lot of money doing it. I have some issues with one province and the special rights they figure they have and they deserve. Excuse me, anyways, I think Canada is doing a pretty good job. Yeah, back to you DeRay.
