I have the same urinary problem at night and you can try lowering your carbohydrate level and keeping your protein level. That will help your A1c a lot. It pays to go to the doctor on a regular basis even if it's every six months just to get a blood test and to see what your A1c is doing. You really don't want to let that go because if you're heading toward diabetes, diabetes can cause a lot of permanent problems to your body. So definitely worth investigating. A lot of people don't like doctors. I get that, but that's one that's definitely worth doing is a regular blood test if you're a man and you're over say 30 or something like that. So I've been pre-diabetic for a while and I have someone who helps me here and she cooks and she cooks all high protein, low carbohydrates. I'm just about to have a high protein breakfast and never really miss the carbs. Every once in a while if I miss some carbs I can have them because I'm on a regular low carb diet. Anyway, Scott Knapp from WA6ABC wishing everybody a blessed day.
