Yeah, the way I do it since I post a lot of pictures on there. I use Blogger and then I like I said I have my domain name attached to it and then I use my Google Photos cloud and as long as I put everything on the cloud it will show up on there. So Iíll never run out of room for posting pictures. I always put a picture up there and then I put a story up there and that kind of thing. And I donít even have to take that picture and lower the resolution quite a bit so I can put lots of pictures because it will only allow you so much room on the website for photos and stuff like that. So itís got to help me if Blogger goes dead, if they finally do take it away which Google has been known to do that before at least I can transfer my domain name to another website and whoever likes to read my stuff can still read. Yeah, having your own domain is a great idea. I took it a step farther. I actually host everything inside my house. When you hit that URL it goes through a reverse proxy onto a little tiny single board computer sitting in my living room. I have truly unlimited storage and everything. Itís just limited by the 10 meg upload speed of my internet connection. For viewing a little personal blog, I think 10 meg up should be fine.
