Yeah, okay there Mike, you have snowed in, as long as you have plenty of adult beverages to keep you from dying at first, and all the frozen water pipes and all that kind of good stuff. Yeah, we're pretty lucky here anyway, with a little microclimate. Unless it all comes from the south of course. We don't get very normally very cold winds coming from the south because we normally get them from France and then further on down from Spain. So that's unlikely to happen. But hey, with the weather changing and our summer this year, being that warm, and I think we're going to have a severe wind down, but we'll have to wait and see for that one. We just don't know what's going to happen. Hey, in ten years time you'll probably need air conditioning in the houses here. Mike, we normally do this centrally again.
