Somebody always has to out me. Michael practically outed me earlier. Yeah. Hosting remotely from Chandler, Arizona where it's currently 78 degrees. Going up to 101 today. And today here in the Valley of the Sun should be the last over 100 degree day. And then we get into heaven. I always tell people, Arizona has only two seasons, heaven and hell.
