All right, thank you Rich, and yeah, thank you. Well, I expect to see you at least monthly at our club meetings. And, yeah, thank you. Thank you for that. It has been brief, but I've enjoyed your company or whatever. So, yeah, very good. That deck. We had a deck here, actually our front entryway, that got built years ago out of cedar, I think. Cedar or redwood? I don't remember which. But wood that's supposed to last forever. Well, it doesn't last forever. So, it was getting pretty bad. It looked awful. So, I tore it out and replaced it all. I actually hired a guy to come in and do the replacement. I don't know where he learned to be a carpenter, but he did such an awful job. I ended up tearing up most of it and redoing it myself. But anyway, he felt so bad about it, he didn't charge me anything. Anyway, got a nice new deck out of the deal. All right, this is the 9 o'clock net for a Thursday morning, my last one. More check-ins, please.
