Good morning, Bill. This is W4RCHrich. Anyway, well, we've got a little bit of action going on around here. As you know, we've had our home on the market for a while. So far, we've got a couple of investors that are interested and one buyer, multi-generational buyer since we have actually two houses in one here. They've been back three times but can't quite pull the trigger yet. So we're hoping one of these comes through so that we can finally move on with our lives. But other than that, it's been great. We've got a guy working here on our deck after 28 years that needs to be torn down and built back up. There was more dry rot in there than I would have believed. But that's what's going on here. Bill, it's been a pleasure having you around and knowing you. It's only been a little over a year, year and a half since I found this repeater. But I have very much enjoyed your hosting of the net. And I know that you will succeed wherever you're going. You'll probably be kicking back with nothing to do, sleeping in until 9 or 10 o'clock on Tuesdays and Thursdays now.
