Well, good morning Bill and everybody on the Net out there. Well, you caught me with a mouthful so hang on just a second as I'm mumbling through this. But hey, I wanted to wish you the very best. And as I understand this is your last Thursday morning Net so I just had to call in and say thank you for all the years and your encouragement and support that you've given me and everybody else on this Net and you will be missed. But please stay in touch. Let us know when you are in the area and let's see if we can get an eyeball the next time you are down our way which I gather is not too long.
