Going pretty good. A little bit of rain today, quite a bit of sunshine. So I've got some stuff done outside, mostly driving around, not in the rain. So I spent most of my day inside paying bills. I've got a friend who's applying to, actually they've got a place in an art studio down on the Seattle waterfront, the O.K. Hotel. And the room, the space that they've been in for the last year, they've had a lot of problems with water and grass. Actually two floors above there's some guy in an apartment that I guess keeps letting his bathtub overflow or something anyway. There's been three different occasions where a whole lot of water has come downstairs and caused some flooding and damage. And so moving in, first my friend's moving into a different unit and has to go through the whole application process again. And since I'm co-signing, I have to go through all my stuff and provide all my income information, which is awkward because it's in China. They want pay stubs from your last three months. I don't get pay stubs. I have to submit my bank information showing all the income and all that stuff. Anyway, all that took me about two hours to do my application and then tomorrow I've got to help my friend do their application. They say, why do I have to do an application? I did one when she moved in there a year ago. And I go, because that's her policy. You need to do a new application because you're moving into a different place. And they go, why do I need to do it? That's their policy. You've got to do it. Don't argue. Just do it. It's a pain to just do it. Anyway, so also tonight I used to have a habit of kind of letting my dishes pile up for a couple, three days in the sink. And I've kind of broken that habit. I just finished doing my dishes for the day. And one of my pet peeves is when I go by someone's recycle bin and I see they've thrown out, thrown their plastic containers in there with food in them. They did not clean them out. And I'm not a particularly fussy person, but I am fastidious about cleaning out my plastic stuff for recycling. So I did that as well. It takes, you know, what, a minute or two to clean out something thoroughly? You know, let it soak for a few minutes and whatever. Anyway, so I've had I guess kind of a productive day. I know domestic engineering isn't all that interesting, but that is what I spent a little bit of time doing. And tomorrow I won't do any of that because I will be out and about. And I don't know what the weather's like tomorrow, but whatever it is, it will be wonderful because it's another day. KI7 ZEI. This is repeater station Kilo level 11 November-Covet November. Well, Tim, that sounds like an interesting application to them. I remember the application days. Yeah, they are not fun, but it doesn't matter what you do. As soon as you want to move, they say fill out a new one. Even though you're like, I just did it. Nothing's changed. But yeah, glad to hear you got that all taken care of. And you got all your hopefully bills paid there, too, while you were at it. I know that stuff can take so much more time than we are expecting. And I love that you're breaking your habit of letting the dishes stack up. That is one that I do not let happen. I don't like to go to work with the dishwasher clean and dishes on the counter or even go to bed, frankly. So that's one that's super important on my list, too. And I like that you clean out your plastic containers to recycle them. That is a great idea there to help reuse and recycle. Be safe out there tomorrow, Tim, when you're out and about. I don't know if it's supposed to rain. I haven't looked either. I know it was supposed to rain and it will be nice this weekend. But yeah, I'm seeing a little bit of rain tomorrow. But you be safe out there, Tim, and we will talk to you again soon. All right, now we're going to go talk to James, W8WW. How's it going outside Detroit, James?
