So remote support is kind of not the easiest to teach him, I don't know, how to use an iPhone or something like that. I think he could do it with the right support in person, somebody showing him how to use a touch device. But really I think something with physical buttons and speech is really going to be his best way. And the market is terrible. I mean for those who don't know, blindness tech is technology from 10 years ago for today's prices, today's high end prices. 10 years ago low end technology for today's high end prices is the best way I can explain the market. So anyway, he had this phone. It was a blind shell. And somebody in his building or something I think cracked the back plate of his phone. And it stopped working. And so, no it continued to work but he kind of taped it together and he wanted a new one.
