Well hey Jack, how are you doing today? I'm doing alright. I'm watching the weather, just can't decide what it's going to do. It's sunny, then it's raining, then it's sunny again. I've been enjoying a wok that I just recently got. I think it's replacing my cast iron as my new favorite pan. I've been doing a lot of stir fry. Lately I got it and I did the whole burn off the oils and seasoned it with a thin coat of oil over high heat. I've just been using it to cook everything for the last week. That's been pretty great. Lots of good dishes, good char on my vegetables there. Right now I've got the grill going. I'm hoping that it stays. The rate stopped and I decided, you know, I'm going to heat up the grill while I still have the time, while it's still the weather for doing it. I'm hoping that it stays sunny long enough for me to cook a burger. Other than that, just staying in and getting some work done as usual during the week. Thanks for running the net.
