Well, good morning everybody. Hello, hello, how are you, how are you, how are you? Welcome to the Wednesday morning edition of the Puget Sound Repeater Group's 9 a.m. net. Hey, we're on the PS surgery repeater, WW7PSR in Seattle, Washington on 146.960 MHz. We've got a negative offset and a PL tone of 103.5, so all you hams out there, come in and join us. Love to hear you this morning, set your radios up and don't be afraid to push that talk button. Hey, this net meets every day at 9 a.m. noon and 9 p.m. on the PS RG. It's a social net, you can talk about anything you want as long as it's user friendly. It's an open net for all hams with a valid license and it is also a directed net, so please remember to go through net control to contact other stations. And when checking in, please don't tailgate, let me acknowledge each station as they come in, it helps cut down on our confusion a little bit. Yeah, that little confusion is always good for the soul, right? Anyway, this is Kilo Delta 7, Papa, Whiskey, Bravo, Dave, the High Desert Pirate Radio down here in Central Oregon coming in via All Star node. And hey, we are All Star and Echo Link connected, so if you're coming in on the internet, we'd like to hear from you too. So there you go. The way this works, hey, we build a list of names and call signs. And we take, I don't know, four, five, six or so at a time and then go back to the top of the list, ask for a report from each of those stations. And when you give your report, try to keep it to three minutes or less, that's the time out of the repeater and let's just get everybody in on a timely basis. And this is kind of mission critical, please remember to end with your call sign, that tells me you're done with the report and that satisfies the FCC regs. Okay, hey, we're going to get things rocking and rolling here, we're going to start out with short horizon stations. And by the way, hey, this is the first day of Halloween, isn't that fun? Oh boy. To me, it's a month-long event, so there you go. I always love Halloween. I have lots of fun with it. Okay, we're going to get things rocking and rolling here, let me let it drop for just a second and I'll explain what's going on. Okay, I do have some net control announcements and I will get to those. After the first round or two, usually things slow down just a little bit and gives people a chance to get another cup of coffee, so there you go. We're going to start out with short horizon stations, that's mobiles, low power, IOs, for anybody that's mission critical that you need to get in because you've got other obligations. There we go, I can remember. I'm just starting my second cup of jitters, so all right, we're going to get things rolling here. Then we'll add some internet stations, then we'll open it up to everybody. And so, like I say, none of that is carved in stone, so what's important is to get in. So there you go. So let's start out with short horizon stations. Who is out there that would like to check in? I would love to hear from you this morning. Please come ahead.
