So if you use a relay server, it won't disconnect when you switch from cellular to data and back and forth. What I would do is turn off your Wi-Fi first, then connect to Echo Link via a relay server, and then you can turn your Wi-Fi back on, and if you're in and out of Wi-Fi networks, it won't interfere with your signal.
