code of justice. However, there is, you can refuse an order if it's illegal. That is part of the UMCJ. There's an illegal order that you can refuse it, but you better be damn sure that it is an illegal order and not just a moral objection. Okay. And this applies to officers or to the enlisted men. So if you're given an order to shoot unarmed civilians, that's illegal. That's something you shouldn't be doing. Or if you're told to torture somebody, once again, that's illegal. You know, things of that realm that you can refuse to do, but like I said, it's a double-edged sword. If you refuse it, you can't be prosecuted and you can't even go to a court martial. And if they find out that you did the right thing, they're not going to persecute you. They're probably going to give you a fucking medal. You know? However, there's a difference between legal and immoral. Let me reset. If somebody gives you an order and you say, well, it's not illegal, but it's very immoral. I'm not going to do it. Then you just better, better just go ahead and shoot yourself because you're going to get sent to prison or worse. Cause that's just not, that does not apply. It's only legal standards can apply. But if you do decide to follow that illegal order, you can be persecuted for it and you can wind up in prison for a very, very long time, or maybe even a death sentence. So there's a fine line. There's a double-edged sword. We follow you. I'm CJ, not called to show law. And if you, if you vile, if you take an order and do that order, when you knew it was perfectly illegal to do, you can be prosecuted for it. Back to you. This is repeater station. So I've got a question. November is it legal or illegal for the president to deploy troops on American soil? Is that legal or illegal?
