How's it going? I've been, at least the last couple of months, I've been fun. I finally went ahead and built an AI LOM server for the project I've been working on. I don't even know what to call it anymore. It started out as just transcripts and pulling call signs from the transcripts. And now I've gone into full data analysis on everything. And I'm using the AI server to basically analyze what it has determined to be a net, grouping those together, and then using the AI again to fool topics. And then associate the topics to nets and locations to basically make a popular topic and location trend chart in the database. I have all the data for it. I just haven't figured out a clean way to display it. Right now it's really, I have an AI server and I want to use it. So I'm trying to figure out different ways that I can leverage it to extract data from stuff that you don't really, don't really normally see as data. And starting from a transcript of a speech and then moving into data of topics and speech rates and locations and all that stuff. All the great stuff Ham Radio has naturally that is usually just disappears into the ether. And then being able to not only extract it but then analyze it to the finest detail. It's been such a fun project and using the reasoning of AI to be able to do stuff like this is really cool. And one thing I've discovered lately has been really enabling for me is a lot of the hardware that can run a reasonable AI system has gotten to the point nowadays that it's affordable. Like four years ago this would have been a several thousand dollar setup and I built this setup for what I consider a budget setup. And I think I'm in the set of like 700 bucks. So now it's not a huge barrier to entry. Basically anyone can build a really cool system and try stuff with it. And then you have the advantage of deep reasoning in code so you can have code with logic like actual reasoning like a person. Kind of like a person. It's still a computer and it has its limitations. But it is so powerful and so cool if you like data like I do. Anyways this is KK7NQN back to net.
