Hi there, Paul, how are you? Hey, Jack. Yeah, I'm doing great here today. I just got back from a walk with the dog. I think I wore her out. She's on her bed asleep. We have a nice woods trail that is really nice and smooth and it used to have a logging operation on it, but it's kind of grown in and the road is still nice. But the foliage right now is really getting to be pretty. They're probably approaching about 50% turn, maybe not quite that, but I expect in another week it's going to really change big time. But yeah, we had 65 degrees sunny, very kind of breezy. It was really very pleasant out. So that's what my day's been doing, but I've been up to today. So I'm going to turn it back to you.
