Good morning, Gail and everybody else out there on the worldwide friendship. Let's see, I got 54.1 degrees Fahrenheit, 99% humidity, but I'm nice and comfortable on the inside temp of 74. So, anyway, wind blowing, at least I can hear the flag flapping outside, you know, I haven't gone out to look, but you can hear it because I've got it attached to the ladder on the motorhome right now. When the winds really kick, I'll collapse it down so that there is as much resistance later, but oh well, doing good, getting better and all that sort of good stuff and looking through the new book I got for juicing, you know, different juicers you can mix up and take care of different parts of the body with. So, a friend that I stayed with up in the Lakewood area, she got a friend of mine for my birthday since I got her a juicer. Anyway, we compliment each other, so she was going out yesterday I guess to get stuff to mix up for her. Anyway, I haven't got a whole heck of a lot, but Robert, find one of those tables that you can inversion tables or whatever, then you can hang upside down. Really easy, that might help, you never know.
