Uh, day, are you sure there? K and four L. B. Yeah. Day, are you sure there? This is reporter. This is K and four L. B. F. This is D. Well, I am not going to talk about Trump this morning because, um, I'm not. Anyway. Um, I'll talk about dog food. I, um, do make my dogs root for the past five years. And when I, I usually, I try all of the meat and the one that doesn't get her stomach upset is the chicken. So I get six, um, chicken breasts, bore them with a sufficient water. And the reason I save the water is I make like a chicken broth. About five years ago, my dogs blood work. They get blood work twice a year. Um, I, um, their blood work was really screwed up, especially for the kidneys and liver and then what it was. And because the dogs were not getting into sufficient water to filter, um, the, their kidneys and stuff. And she was, she is taking Remedol, which is a painkiller for her hips, which also messes up the kidneys for the animals. So after I make her food, I put everything together after cooking everything. I only cooked the chicken breasts for about 15, 20 minutes. And then I, I, um, chop it up. I don't grind it. I chop it up almost like, um, a little thinner than, uh, shredded pork kind of thing. So I do that to the chicken and I put it together with rice. Um, depending on, I try to change the vegetables each week. Sometimes it's peas and carrots. Sometimes it's cauliflower. Sometimes it's, um, hold on, hold on one second. And so I, so I could change the taste for her. And then what I do with the chicken broth, which I make sufficient of is that I put a tab into her water to entice her to drink enough water, which has been really working well. So her blood work has been coming out really awesome, better than mine. And my husband's hers has been off the top really good. So, you know, I think there is a benefit in feeding your dog, um, nutritious food instead of preservatives and all this other stuff in the can that's been in a can for about almost six months or so before you get it. So I think that's a good thing. Um, she has picked muscle tone and good weight to her. She's 13 years old and they always say, you know, they check to see her agility. She's losing some of her hind, you know, her hind legs and she's shaking sometimes. Um, but she's really, really, I think she is really doing good. Um, and, uh, that's about it. I have, I think this is going to be my last call. So this is my 73. Everybody, N4, LBS back to you, Russell.
