Oh, but that stuff's supposed to build you up strength when it happens repeatedly and you've got bad weather cursing it and you have... And when it's longer between meals because you can't get anywhere on your stuck machine, you should lose weight eventually too. And you do that enough and all your cravings go away and then you can work real hard all day and get frustrated and ride around the city. And your blood glucose gets better and better and you feel better all the time. Just stay away from white bread and pasta like me, which is everything. I know, that's what they serve us now, it's everything. And chicken. God save us from chicken. KJ7VEEU, that was not a white person saying something about berating chicken. Chicken is wonderful when it's done right. Back to you, Sean. It most certainly is and it all depends on one's particular herbs they choose to put on it. So if they don't want all that breading and they want the herbs instead, well there's ways around it to make it more healthy. And yeah, the dietitians said something about the bread to me too as well as certain oils and other stuff and I'm like, I gotta change how I do this. She said, yup, and I did and I haven't had too many drops or ups a whole lot since I did that. But now I'm trying to, this month, gonna avoid pizza. Oh my, well at least my pizza anyway. But when it comes to friends and pizza elsewhere, oh I'm all over it. It has good flavor and there's veggies and other stuff. But the ones I get from the store, they don't really have a whole lot on them. But the place I'm thinking of certainly does have a whole lot of stuff on it. But I'm trying to avoid as much of the bread as I can. But yeah, this chair, yeah, I don't like this chair anymore. But if it's wet tomorrow, I'm definitely not using it. Probably gonna revert to the crutches for a while until the weather settles out again.
