I did finally a while back and I had to really coax them into coming over to fix them and they did do that a while back. No, that didn't seem to be the problem and I already made it clear to the main company that they got it from that I hate this chair now. And they asked why and I said it fishtails a lot on bad weather and doesn't work in snow, dirt, grass or mud. And they're like, did somebody tell you it would? And I said, not in exact words, but they said it would work for me and they said they should have told you everything. So yeah, I'm not getting this model again. If I go for another model again, it'll probably be a torque in the caratary again or something that's lighter and has a motor.
