Yeah I don't know what's going on with that envelope. It was in the wrong envelope. It should have been in a different one the gal said but she sent it anyway and the fee was ridiculous I thought so I'm gonna make sure the next time it gets in the right type of package I guess. I don't know. Yeah this snail mail is getting worse and worse all the time it seems like. I could have probably driven there as fast as it's gotten there.
