Good morning there Dave and everybody on the net. And it's your great hearing Tracy again. It's been such a long time. And Cruz, your planning, it really sounds, Joe and I have done that once. We'd love to do it again. But anyway, have a great time. And good to hear Rosie and just the whole gang and Bud. We sure enjoyed our phone chat yesterday. That was great. And Robert, yeah, I'm so glad you dodged those two hurricanes. We've been watching the fox weather there. And keeping our fingers crossed, saying prayers that those storms wouldn't hit you guys down there. So, I'm sure glad you and Kathy had a great time. And just too many to remember here, I wanted to say. But we had a great weekend. And our Arizona Rosie was with us until about, what was it, 10, 30, 11. And then we had unexpected company. Our dear little friend, we count her as our granddaughter who's known her since a baby. And she flew in to see her dad from Birmingham, Alabama. She has a doctorate in archaeology. She's only 33. She, I think, has plans to go back to team eating again for four or five years in Cambridge University there in the UK. She's quite a world traveler. So, we're very proud of her for all her accomplishments. And her life story, as I've said before, to people would make a very inspirational movie, for sure. And she's done with her life. So, anyway, we had a good time. And then we had a phone visit from our dear friends in Pocatello, Idaho. And they plan on coming down and seeing us sometime in April as well. So, we'll look forward to Roy and Sue's visit and Cory and Janna. So, anyway, the weather is beautiful. I've got a little vest on that's in the 60s. So, we're enjoying it. Beautiful. So, everybody have a good week and turn it over to Joey here. This is KC7 LRS.
