This is like I must have been about 1145 when I was going past that section. The traffic on I-5 South was just wall to wall. Just looked like a parking lot. And all I can say is I was glad I was going north not south because that was just a complete mess. So yeah, I'm not sure exactly what's going on there but glad I was not stuck in that.
