And now here I am. So anyway, it's nice to sleep in my own bed last night, but it wasn't long enough. So I will sleep hard tonight, regular work this week, all that good stuff. As mentioned on Facebook, this comes from the PSRG discussion group, Jack, KI7RMU, keeps a featured topic there called Events to Consider. I will read some highlights from that. So of course, on Saturdays we have a couple of recurring events. The first is the Radio Club of Tacoma has their open house, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. And of course, every Saturday evening is the Simplex Met. This happens on 146.56 at 8 p.m. local time. It's really awesome to see who you can talk to without a repeater in between you. All right, coming up here on Sunday October 5th at 3 p.m. there is a virtual event. There is one remaining session of the Ham Connect program, and that is hosted by the Castadia Radio Organization. More information can be found at hamconnect.org. Coming up on a couple of Saturdays from now here, Saturday October 11th, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. is the Titsap County Amateur Radio Club Annual Ham Fest. This will be at the Westside Improvement Club over in Bremerton. More information at kcarc.org. Then of course, the next PSRG is that same day, October 11th is the PSRG Board Meeting.
