Yeah, good afternoon. It's Jim here in Fort McLeod. It's a beautiful day out here, about 24 maybe. It was about 5 degrees last night, so no frost yet, but the colors are changing, the fall is approaching. Other than that, I'm driving here. I don't have anything much more to say. Yeah, I heard a gentleman talk about a receiver he regretted selling. I had the same issue with a receiver I sold at one time. I wish I didn't sell it there after I sold it a while later. But other than that, we're hanging on to what we got. And that's all I got for net there. Back to net control, V6JMB.
