Good evening guys, it's Patrick this end. I'm in Lancashire in the United Kingdom. I think one of my main regrets is many years ago my dad owned a Colt DX1600 radio which used to sit most weekends and talk to people all over the world. Sadly he's been passed away many many years now and when I moved north I brought the radio with me but I turned it on a few times mainly on the CV bands. I know that's not quite ham related but it was quite a capable radio and eventually after it was sitting around for I don't know 15 years in the wardrobe I sold it to some guy who was a ham, an older guy so sort of told me to look after it and that sort of thing. But yeah I wish really now since I've got my license since last year I'd have probably made some good use of it you know but there you go I guess you live and learn. Back to yourselves.
