Good morning there, Gina. Yeah, it's good to hear everybody. I think we missed Bud's report. It sounded like he was coming down with something. So we're looking forward to hearing from you, Bud, later today with that phone call. And we'll catch up on things. And, yeah, Rosie and I and Joris are not hearing the screen ports, and the temperature is in the 60s. Everything is wet, and we've had rain off and on now for, what, three days. And it was amazing, some of the pictures. Globe is kind of our little mountainous old mining town, but the whole town is, I guess, shut down and covered with mud. It's just amazing. Some of the pictures we've seen, it looks like we're watching the storms and floods in North Carolina. Cars were floating, and there were several rescues, and I think one person lost his life there in Globe or Miami, Arizona. So it's been a really crazy storm, but we were lucky we didn't get any hail or damaging winds. We've got to go out and check the rain gauge, but I think it's probably close to two inches. So in other places we're getting like two or three inches as well. We can't say it's dry Arizona anymore for a while anyway. And fall, yeah, one of my favorite times of the year. We always look forward to going up in the color of the leaves up on the rim, which would be about an hour and a half away. And then the reds and the oranges and all the different colors, the maples and the aspens. Yeah, we really miss that. But I guess what we'll probably be doing this fall, at least maybe we'll take a picnic lunch and go up to Lake Pleasant, and then also our Thunderbird Park, which is a hilly little area with the mountain trails. People come and do their hiking. So we'll probably get out and do that anyway, but I sure will miss the mountains and the leaves. Anyway, good hearing everyone and everybody take care and I'll turn it over to Joey here. K-C-7 L-R-S. Oh, yeah, that was it. Go ahead, Joey.
