Good morning. Yes, it's a beautiful day here at 70 degrees, bright and sunny. Unfortunately, we haven't had rain, a good rain for months, almost three months now. You know, we had a little bit a couple days ago, but not near as enough. The leaves changed early, so they're pretty much gone now where I am. I'm right at the coast, but it's going to be a beautiful fall day. I'm new to retirement, so I'm looking forward to the quiet, all the tourists left. Oh, this is going to be beautiful.
