Yeah, definitely the fall chores spring to mind when the, yeah, mention what to look forward to this fall. Definitely getting all the needles and leaves out because all the rain that we're going to be getting. We started putting oversized gutters on the buildings here in the HOA, so that seems to help. It also seems to help hold more of the leaves. But, it's still, yeah, even when there are leaves in there, there's enough room for the water to quickly get piped out so it's not coming over the side there. And the crisp mornings and, yeah, our colors here that we get some of the ornamental trees that are planted around Portland with the sugar maples and all of that. Do look great. So all good things for fall there. And yeah, somebody, I'm not sure what part of Portland that Cliff will be visiting, so I guess if he can come back and let us know what part of Portland, maybe somebody can figure out a close enough restaurant to meet up or a time there. I'm not sure what his schedule is and stuff. So I'm not going to be able to jump in on that, but if I know, I'll try and make that time to go and see everybody.
