That would be alright, but if they changed my locks and they actually had a piece of paper saying I sold it to them or something, I'd have to hire a lawyer. I'd have to pay for that lawyer and it would take me about 18 months, more like 24 months, who knows. And you want to know what? I couldn't go up to that guy and do what I want to do or I'd be in jail. That's how it works here. You can't do anything about it. That's the sad part and it happens all the time. The police will even tell you, hey, you can't do it that way. You've got to go into the court. That takes forever.
